As a Commercial Project Manager on the motor grader product team at Caterpillar, you will manage the planning, organization and implementation of complex critical growth projects for the motor grader commercial team.
What you will do:

Lead cross functional teams on 2-3 or more concurrent projects intended to drive commercial growth and busiess results for the motor grader product lines. Projects many include new source introductions, new work tool introductions, equipment processing center changes, developing new technology offerings, or other critical initiatives.

Oversee project processes and procedures; monitor the productivity and performance of project teams.

Manage all aspects of projects: Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.

Review and ensure adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.

Prepare and present program level reports for upper management.

Position requires up to 25% travel to manufacturing facilities, dealers, trade shows, or other locations as needed to support the projects. Travel is primarily domestic but limited international travel may be expected.
